For those of you who had those old brick Nokia phones, the game of Snake should be very familiar. Reptile Roundup is the Lioden version!
How to Play
To play, simply use the arrow keys ( ← ↑ ↓ → ) or WASD keys ( W A S D ) on your keyboard.
If you're on a mobile or touchscreen device, you can swipe in a direction to move the snake. If swiping is a little too unreliable, you can navigate to the game's settings, check the "Touch Controls" checkbox, and you'll have a nifty overlay that enables you to press directional buttons.
Running into walls and obstacles will end your game, as well as running into your own body, so let's not do that, aye?
There are three difficulties: Normal, Hard, and Impossible. Normal mode only has walls and yourself that you need to worry about. Hard mode has obstacles that you can run into. It is easier to die on Hard mode, but the critters you can eat will award you with more points to get those awesome decors. Impossible mode is full of obstacles arranged in a grid pattern that will require you to plan your turns carefully when going after food. Food is worth more points in Impossible mode than Hard mode, though your survivability decreases greatly the more food that you eat.

All of the critters and eggs you see are edible and give you points except for the snail. Eating the snail will slow you down temporarily and not give you any points; however, no further critters and eggs will spawn until you eat the snail, so it is a necessary evil to overcome. Note that it is much easier to accidentally consume yourself by running into your own tail when you are slowed down.
When you are under the snail's effect, there will be a red bar at the top of the game's screen that shows you how much more "slow down time" you have left before your snake is back to its normal speed.
If you're having a hard time finding critters, they will start blinking in yellow colour once 5 seconds had passed since they spawned on Normal or Easy difficulties, while on Impossible difficulty, they will do that after merely 3 seconds.
Like Serengeti Shuffle and Whack-A-Snake, you can only send your score once per day to receive a prize; however, you can send your score multiple times per day to gain points towards an unlockable skin and level.
The score you submit determines which prizes you have the chance to win. The higher your score, the larger the prize pool becomes. Keep in mind that the score you reach does not guarantee you will win the prize for that specific score.
For example: Earning 25 points in the Desert level means you can win a Rock, Herald Snake Carcass, or a Twig Snake Carcass. Earning 42 points on that same level means you can win any of those prizes in addition to Falling Petals - Soft Pink or Prickly Pear.
Reptile Report
Underneath the Reptile Roundup play area and above the Leaderboards area, you will see a section called Reptile Report with a button to reveal your points for 50 SB. What's that all about?
For a fee of 50 SB, you can see how many points you've accrued in total whilst playing Reptile Roundup! Nifty, huh?
You might be wondering what this could be useful for. Well, if you want to unlock the Swamp level and the Rinkhals skin, you'll need to earn a total of 2000 points in Reptile Roundup. The Reptile Report serves no function other than to show you how close you are to unlocking that level and skin.
The Reptile Report costs 50 SB to show your score one time. If you wish to view your score again, you'll have to pay an additional 50 SB each time you wish to view it.
Unlock Progress
Below the Leaderboards on the Reptile Roundup game's page, you can find an area that displays your current progress towards unlocking new Snake Skins and Levels for the mini-game. This allows you not only with easily tracking your progress, but also gives you a quick access to what you've unlocked thus far!
For example, if you've unlocked something, a green text in bold will display next to the unlocked aspect of the mini-game.

Achievements
There are two achievements that can be earned from Reptile Roundup.
Achievement Method
The method to earning these achievements is to practice, practice, and practice some more. Playing on Hard Mode is the best way to earn these achievements quickly, as you earn more points while playing on Hard Mode compared to Easy Mode. However, it is much easier to die while on Hard Mode.
