To complete this quest, you must defeat 100 total NPCs in Explore.
Fighting a pack only counts +1 towards the progress bar.
Multiple enemies in one battle only count +1 towards the progress bar.
Not counting towards other factors, this will take about ten to eleven full energy bars (1000 to 1100% energy) to complete this, assuming you use a Lucky Foot on each NPC and do not spend your energy on anything else.
Lucky Feet are not required, but they are recommended to complete this as quickly as possible.
All NPCs count towards this quest, whether they are regular year-round NPCs or event-specific NPCs.
You can view your progress as you explore on the Journey to Vredefort Crater page. With each successful battle, your NPC count will go up.
Once you have defeated 100 total NPCs, return to the Demiurge.
