All throughout September, you will battle hordes of locust and meet some interesting animals in Explore. These animals can be convinced to join your side against these pesky pests!

This event is highly focused on exploring.

All biomes will have explore encounters!
Biome, karma, and level do not matter for events.

This month, we're working to unlock all four tiers of one area!
The more locusts are killed in Explore and on den pages, the faster the Prophet Shop tiers will unlock.
The first three tiers unlock items in the Prophet Shop, while the fourth tier releases special NCLs with September event-only markings in Explore.

The currencies for this month are Eldritch Tokens and Jewel Beetles.
Eldritch Tokens are earned from completing quests with the Harbinger.
Jewel Beetles are earned from exploring, completing quests with the Harbinger, and getting rid of locusts on player den pages.

When you go to a player's den page, you'll come across a message that looks like this.

Choosing Stomp shows this message.

Whereas choosing Chase will show this.

You do not need the 1000 SB karma expansion from the Quests & Snakes page to see the +/-1 karma change! It automatically shows up.

You can stomp or chase locusts from other users' den pages every 30 minutes. While it doesn't offer much JB, it does add up, so make sure to set timers! You should also try to stomp or chase users you see in chat, because if you go to an offline player's den page, you'll get this message.

Players will be able to tell that you've chased or stomped locusts in their dens!

A Banded Mongoose is sliding on a twisted branch with a locust in its mouth!

Advise	You try to inform the monkeys that it's not the time for play, it's time to catch the locusts! You don't have time to finish though, when a leopard jumps in the middle of the group intent on hunting the monkeys!	See below for further actions.

A herd of horses from a nearby farm are spooked by locust swarms!

A loud croak tears through the air as a Fan-Tailed Raven lands on the ground in front of you. It seems this loyal liege that usually feeds on your leftovers has brought some gifts to thank you!
